Christina recommends eating the following foods to help balance out the spleen, pancreas and stomach:

Brown rice syrup

Barley malts

Amasake

Sweet ground vegetables, such as onions, cabbage, winter, squash

Millet

Pears, peaches, and sweet apples

Sweet root vegetables, such as carrots, and parsnips

Sweet brown rice
