An easy to make snack full of super-foods!
Raw Cacao Balls

1 CupGoji Berries, 1/2 Cup agave nectar 1/2 Cup raw cacao 1/4 Raw walnuts 1/4 Raisins 3 Pitted dates 1/4 Cup unhulled sesame seeds, 1/4 Cup black sesame seeds 1/4 Cup chia seeds 3 Tsp vanilla or one raw vanilla bean 1 Tsp cinnamon, 1/2 Tsp sea salt 3 Table spoons coconut (for garnish)
Process all ingredients in a food processor adding ingredients slowly using the "S" blade Once all of the ingredients a finely shopped and well mixed. Take out a cookie dough scooper and shape the dough into little balls. Store in well sealed containers for quick snacks. |
