Petite Raw Coconut Cakes

2 Cups of Whole flax seeds (grind with coffee grinder FRESH) 1/4 cup of hemp milk (may substitute with almond or rice milk) 2.5 Tablespoons raw coconut oil 3/4 Cup Maple Syrup 1/2 Teaspoon of Sea Salt 1/4 Cup of Water 1 Raw Vanilla Bean
Place flax meal, coconut oil, maple syrup, sale and water in a large mixing bowl and mix well. Form four balls and flatten into a "pancake" shape to the size "pancake" you desire.
