Get your protein, complex carbohydrates, and vitamins in 5 minutes!
3 egg whites 1 teaspoon olive oil Chopped tomato teaspoon parmesan cheese 1 teaspoon pesto (optional) 1 slice of ezekiel bread (toasted) 1 apple or grapefruit
Scramble egg whites with pesto then add chopped tomato and sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Place eggs on top of sprouted wheat toast. Drizzle with olive oil. Salt and pepper to taste. Don't forget to eat your fruit.
