Eating chocolate without feeling guilty? Who doesn’t want that!

Earth Source Organics has created Righteously Raw Chocolate Bars.  The bars are made entirely of raw and organic ingredients and do not include any refined sugars or genetically modified organisms.  Raw means that the chocolate and other ingredients are unheated and unprocessed.  As a chocolate lover myself, it is great to find a healthier alternative to the chocolate we usually find.  Chocolate has many healthy properties but they are lost during the manufacturing process, but this raw chocolate retains those great benefits.  I expected the chocolate to have that bitter taste that many dark chocolates do, but Righteously Raw definitely does not!
