Water Workouts

kayakingNow that the weather is starting to warm up (at least here in San Diego), it is time to move some of those workouts from indoors to outdoors. A great way to get an awesome workout while having a good time is to be out on the water.  You can burn calories, enjoy the sunshine, and even do it with friends!

 

Surfing
