Eating and preparing raw food has helped me realize just how amazing food can taste!!!! Raw food is easy to make and can be made almost anywhere becuase it doesn't require oven or stove top! Check out this AMAZING recipe for donut holes! I made these yesterday for my family as our Memorial Day Desssert and it was a hit!!!!
1 Cups Raw Almonds 3/4 Cups Raw Walnuts 1 Vanilla Bean Scraped 1 Cups Dried Pineapple, Chopped 3/4 Cups Pitted Dates 1/2 Teaspoon Sea Salt
Requires: Food Processor
In your food processor place your almonds, salt and vanilla first. Process these three ingredients into a fine powder. Slowly add chopped pineapple and dates, mix well. Place in a large bowl and mix in 1/4 cups shredded coconut.
To Serve: Use an ice cream scooper of spoor to form donut holes. Optional: Roll holes in 1/4 cup shredded coconut
Will keep in the fridge for 5-8 days.
