I am a woman of passion. That one word is encompassing of all my life's pursuits, love, and devotion. I desire with ALL my heart to serve Christ by sharing His love and grace with everyone I have the pleasure of meeting. I have been married 3 years now. I  admire my husband and soul-mate, Craig; He is the most amazing man I have ever met. I am the mother of 2 girls born 12 month apart. I love being a mommy. I learn so much from my daughters.

I obtained my business degree from PLNU in 2000. I've modeled as a profession all through college and on.  In 1999 I started my first company, Eudaimia Models. Eudaimia Models was a modeling agency specializing in print work, runway, and trade-shows. I managed the modeling careers of over 75 girls. I cared about the health of my girls and emphasized in teaching them that  great nutrition, proper fitness,  healthy skin care, and a great self-esteem were key components to a lasting career as a professional model. We are only as beautiful as we feel.

Most of my official training in the areas of make-up artistry, skin care, nutrition, and fitness were through on the job experience. I had the pleasure of working with some of the best personal fitness coaches, make-up artists,and nutritionists during my career as a model and talent agent. I built a great network of specialist whome were highly acclaimed in their respective field.

I decided to close the agency in 2004 to pursue being a great mother and now spa owner, The Sanctuary day spa

After being asked by many people questions regarding skin-care, health, fitness, and make-up; I decided to start Lifestyle Fitness and mylifestylefitness.com to give all people  access to the advice and coaching that celebrities and top models do. Now you don't have to have the bank account of a celebrity to look like one. I have put togehter an awesome team that works synergistically to bring you the most cutting edge rescources in health, beauty, fitness, and green living. I'm so excited about Lifestyle Fitness and what it is already doing for our readers.
